About Hell's Corners & its batshit insane creator

So this time I thought I might do an FAQ instead of an "about," but the only question on a Hell's Corners FAQ would be "Where can I buy the Psychonauts comic?" so here goes with this shit again.

Hell's Corners is a webcomic (durr) that was and is not intended to be read or followed like a webcomic -- it's intended to be read book by book like a conventional print comic (and if you buy a copy through ComiXpress you can even experience the pain and pleasure of papercuts and cheap stock). That's why I don't update it as frequently as people probably want me to: posting it started as a means to artificially impose deadlines so I'd get it done and to have something to show visitors to my site besides. Somewhere along the way I rebelled against my pretend deadlines, though, and got even more lax about updating. So it's probably inadvisable to try following whatever Canto I'm working on as I draw it as it's a pain in the ass to follow that way. Just read the archives and wait till I'm finished with the one I'm on like you would any other indie book from an innately unreliable artist. In the meantime, you can probably spur me to work a little faster with adoring Emails or large donations and/or purchases. Like most moody ink bitches, I require a ton of nurture and sycophantic platitude.

Which is why the flames forum exists -- so the handful of people who follow Hell's Corners in the manner warned against above can tell me, constantly, what they think of me. It's like an electronic masturbatory aid made of people.

Oh, yeah. Speaking of which, Hell's Corners is not recommended for Internet Explorer versions earlier than 7, young children or Christian Conservatives. Or anyone, really.

Enjoy.
